The rest of our choices were beautifully prepared and presented – the BEST satay kebab I have ever had and I’ve tried them in several places, worldwide. Definitely a favourite style for a treat – either dining in or taking home. Thank you!

We went back with my boyfriends parents and our experience was great yet again. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and our food was perfect!
Would definitely come here again!

2 stars for service and one of mains.
We had a gluten free person with us and there were quite a few options. They changed our entree platter to all rice paper rolls and the spring rolls and samosas contained gluten and that was their initiative so I really appreciated that. Also in seeing those standard super market bought deep fryable little samosas and spring rolls going out to tables I was double pleased.
I had a seafood satay dish which I really enjoyed. It wasn’t a big meal though and if it had been full price (I was there using a Deal Voucher) I would have thought it on the small side. All in all though this dish was good with a nice flavour and everything tasted like it was cooked well.
My friend had the Cambodian Pancake the vegetarian option. This was a huge disappointment. The meat version comes with minced chicken (which didn’t appeal to either of us) but the vegetarian version was simply an eggy pancake with a tiny pile of mung beans inside. We were lucky we got the satay as we could pop a few veges inside to make it worth eating.
The service was good, they checked back on us and our food didn’t take long to come out it is just a shame the second meal was so flavourless and boring. The space itself is lovely though it does get very loud so if you go I would request an upstairs table (it was fully booked last night) or the front window table.
Warning – They don’t appear to sell alcohol, so BYO.
Highly recommended. The venue is very attractive – it has character and is in convenient part of town.

The portion sizes are generous and the food is definitely a cut above most of its competitors. I can vouch that the Bai Char (Cambodian fried rice), Satay Pork Spare Ribs and Ginger chicken meals are great and the San Platter is not a bad little starter either.
I will certainly be back to try for a few more lunches/dinners to try the rest of the items on the menu.
Hope I see you there – perhaps we can split some Khmer rice rolls and a warm beef salad??
