There’s not much point having an online ordering system that allows you to customize your pizza if the staff don’t bother to read or follow the instructions. Either something we’ve asked to be added is left off, or something we’ve asked to be removed is put on anyway.
This happens 100% of the time when we order a Chef’s Best pizza with the tomato-capsicum sauce zig zag removed – it comes slathered in it every time without fail. We have complained about this for 18 months to no avail. We were told it was an IT issue with it not showing up on the order, however it is clearly printed on the order receipt that it was supposed to be left off, and on several occasions we have overheard staff talking about mistakes being made due to not reading the order properly and they have only realised after making the order. This has often meant we’ve had to wait for our order to be remade correctly. To their credit, we have been offered free pizza vouchers, however these constant mistakes have not been addressed or rectified at all.
In addition, when ordering sides with pizza the cashier nearly always forgets when handing over the pizza, and we have to ask for the sides (which are also printed on the order receipt). Last time we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salted caramel chocolate mousse. On pickup we were handed just the pizzas. We then showed him the receipt where it clearly said 2 chocolate mousse, and the cashier went and got 1, so we had to point out a second time the order was for 2, not 1!
I have no problem with the product at all, and the ordering system is great, but these mistakes happen all too often and nothing at all seems to be being done to rectify what is clearly an issue with human error and lMoreack of care. Please Domino’s, sort this out!
